EULA (End User License Agreement)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Susan Thomason ("Developer") for the use of MovieHub – Movies & TV Shows ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this EULA.


2. License Grant

Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.


3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose


4. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.


5. Apple's Role

This EULA is between you and the Developer only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation or settlement of such claims.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.


6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App.


9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
